This table outlines the properties of the control line tubing, which includes seamless & floating internal plug redrawn tubing. The tubing is sold in an annealed condition, which means it has no orbital joints welds.
The table shows the alloy, UNS, outside diameter, wall thickness, working pressure, burst pressure, collapse pressure and test pressure for stainless 316L. Please note, that the Burst Pressure is based on the minimum wall thickness, minimum tensile strength, while the Collapse Pressure is based on the minimum wall thickness and minimum yield strength.
The Pressure rating is calculated at 100°F (38°C), in neutral and static conditions.
